Retailer Acknowledgement
I am authorized to appoint the agency named below to act on my behalf my participating INFINITI retailer in the INFINITI Tier 3 Retailer Advertising Program (RAP). By so appointing the agency, I understand and accept the following:
My participating INFINITI retailer remains ultimately responsible for all advertising conducted on its behalf, including compliance with current RAP guidelines, INFINITI brand standards, and all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Should any infractions or violations be identified through RAP audits, reviews, or legal inquiries, my participating INFINITI retailer will ensure its agency will address and remediate such issues promptly, within the timeline provided. My participating INFINITI retailer will ensure its agency will attend all required RAP-related training sessions, seminars, or brand education programs and remain current with program expectations, policies, and regulatory requirements. My participating INFINITI retailer will ensure its agency will treat all RAP guidelines and related materials as confidential, and not sharing them outside their direct work for my dealership. My participating INFINITI retailer acknowledges and agrees that any failure by its appointed agency to comply with these terms may result in the agency's removal from the RAP Program.
By agreeing, my participating INFINITI retailer confirms its understanding and acceptance of these terms and officially appoints the agency named below to act in support of its under the RAP program.
